Prolia 1 ml (Denosumab 60 mg / 1 ml) by Amgen.
Indications: Osteoporosis in post-menopausal women and men at increased risk of fracture; bone loss associated with hormone ablation or long-term glucocorticoid therapy.
Administration: Subcutaneous injection of 60 mg once every 6 months, with calcium and vitamin D.
Storage: Store in a refrigerator at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze. Keep in the outer carton to protect from light.
