These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mpmsupplies.com (the “Website”) and any purchase from MPM Supplies (“MPM Supplies”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. Our products are sold exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals, medical practices, clinics and other registered businesses legally permitted to purchase them. We do not sell to the general public. We may request proof of licensure or business registration and may refuse, suspend or cancel any account or order at our discretion.

2. Verification. Before we accept your first order, we verify your professional license or business registration. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. If you are given login details, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under them.

3. Price requests, quotes and orders. Prices are not published on the Website. To order, submit a price request for the products and quantities you need, and we will send you a written quote in US dollars. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them and are subject to availability. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing. We may correct errors in quotes or order confirmations and cancel affected orders, in which case any payment will be refunded.

5. Shipping and risk. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address confirmed for your order.
