Indications: Adjunct to diet and exercise for improving glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes; chronic weight management in adults with obesity (BMI ≥30) or overweight (BMI ≥27) with at least one weight-related comorbidity.
Administration: Subcutaneous injection once weekly (abdomen, thigh or upper arm), any time of day, with or without meals. Maintenance / titration dose; increase in 2.5 mg steps after at least 4 weeks on the current dose.
Storage: Store in a refrigerator at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze. Keep in the outer carton to protect from light. May be kept unrefrigerated (below 30 °C) for up to 30 days.
