Ozempic 0.25 mg (Semaglutide 0.25 mg per dose) by Novo Nordisk.
Indications: Adjunct to diet and exercise for adults with insufficiently controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus; reduces the risk of major cardiovascular events in adults with type 2 diabetes and established cardiovascular disease.
Administration: Subcutaneous injection once weekly, on the same day each week. Starting dose for 4 weeks (initiation dose).
Storage: Store in a refrigerator at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze. Keep in the outer carton to protect from light. After first use: store below 30 °C or refrigerated for up to 6 weeks.
