Revlimid 5 mg (Lenalidomide 5 mg per capsule) by Bristol Myers Squibb.
Indications: Multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes with del(5q), mantle cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma.
Administration: Oral, once daily on days 1–21 of 28-day cycles; dose per indication and renal function. Pregnancy Prevention Programme applies.
